International Trip Guide & Designer

• Responsible for designing, executing and managing Provence, Burgundy, Tour de France, Belgium, Ireland, Costa Rica and Etape trips.
• Provide guests with a safe, informative and once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience. Customize and tailor trips as requested by guests.
• Responsible for all trip financial information, including establishment of a budget, and working with multiple vendors to arrange all associated trip costs.
• Execute the logistics of Tour de France guest viewings and Etape participation, including working through the logistics of road closures and constantly changing itineraries.
• Accommodate group dynamics, ensuring every guest has a pleasurable experience and devising efficient and effective solutions to everyday challenges as they arise.
• Responsible for fleet of vehicles and equipment.
• Develop and present detailed reports to be used by the sales department and incorporate into their sales pitches.
